This extremely versatile filter can be used to cut out large amounts of light pollution and improve visibility  – It is often considered the most important filter to get after you have a UHC filter.  This one is 1.25″, so you can use it with your regular  1.25″ eyepieces (See also our 1.25″ and 2″ UHC and 2″ H-Beta filters we have available).

This filter is exceptional.  These have been reviewed by the SRAA (Scenic Rim Astronomy Association) and have been rated as excellent, especially on reflection nebulae.  Tested on Eta Carinae, and using this filter, the keyhole became visible.  Triffid Nebulae also showed dustlanes with this filter.  We think you’ll love it.
