Description

The Kson AZ4 Alt-Azimuth mount is an extraordinary mount.  It sets up in seconds, unlike most mounts, uses a dead easy AZ (up down / left right) system, features a proper counterweight system which allows up to 8kg to be mounted, features a dual worm gear and classic long, slow motion control system with a glow in the dark knob system.

Features a 200mm Pier as standard marking it particularly comfortable to use for longer focal length telescopes and those of us who are a bit taller.

The movements are smooth and controllable, with a counterweight supplied.  This special Mk II release features to balance even brutal loads of up to 8kg.

Particularly notable is its double saddle, a feature usually not available at this price point.  Astronomy telescopes attach directly to the mount via a standard Vixen-type dovetail bar.
