   – Adjustments must be paid before dispatch

   – You may cancel if adjustment is unreasonable

   – Full refund provided if cancelled

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Q: Who’s responsible if something goes wrong?

A: – You are responsible unless insurance purchased

   – Insurance available at $1 per $100 value

   – Glass items shipped at your risk

   – Insurance claims must be made by recipient

   – Bulk items: Request indemnity insurance quote

TRACKING & DELIVERY

   – Updates sent to order email

   – May not show until first scan

   – Weekend orders update Monday evening

   – Some items may arrive without scanning

A: – Signature required on delivery

   – Redelivery fees may apply (carrier charges)

   – Collection from depot/post office may be required

   – Contact carrier to arrange alternate delivery
