2″ Kson Flattener / Corrector

The Kson flattener and corrector for Astrophotography is a remarkable corrector that flattens the field of view as well as correcting the image.

The distance is fixed at 44mm from T-ring location.

It has a 2″ male connection on one end (to go into a 2″ draw tube), and is threaded to connect to a Baader T-Ring adaptor on the other.

Note the effect on various scope configurations.

A reminder that these picture do not show the effect of the flattening, rather the improvement to chromatic abberations in various achromats. Test images were done with an artificial star in controlled conditions, not a real star, and are enlarged significantly of course.
