Kson’s EQ4  RA Drive

We love it.

The Kson Single Axis DC Motordrive is an essential upgrade for controlling the movement of the mount.  It attaches to the RA knob on your mount.  It is powered by four AA batteries (you may use rechargeable batteries if you wish).  You turn on the unit with a switch attached to the battery box which sends power to the motor.  The motor has a switch for N (Northern Hemisphere), OFF, and S (Southern Hemisphere).  A small Alan key (included) is used to fasten the motor to the mount, and is again used to fasten the motor to the knob.
