The Saxon 804AZ3 SC Refractor Telescope that comes with a tripod is an ideal choice of telescope for both land and sky observing.  The 804AZ3 features an aperture of 80mm and focal length of 400mm which provides sharp, clear images and allows a wide field of view, making it easy to naturally keep your target in the view field. When you do need to adjust it, you just move it up and down, left and right thanks to the simple to operate, light AZ3 mount.

This package comes with excellent eyepieces, and can be used for viewing during the night or day.  The correct image diagonal means that you can use it to observe land objects without them being upside down.  The telescope is light weight and easy to move in or out of doors, which means you will observe more frequently.  You’ll get a host of accessories to complement your viewing session – quality eyepieces, a finderscope and the erecting prism for terrestrial viewing. Also The comes with a aluminium Alt-Azimuth mount. It is a great telescope for both terrestrial use and beginners’ astronomy.

There is an advantage to buying it in this pack, rather than seperately – it includes the saxon AZ3 Mount Tripod Adapter.  This allows you to connect AZ3 mount with cameras, spotting scopes, telescope fitted with a mounting shoe and binoculars with L adaptors.  The AZ3 Mount will not come with this by itself, not will the 804OTA.

	saxon 10mm/25mm 1.25’’ super Eyepiece Featuring a 3-element design, these fully-coated eyepieces provide outstanding field correction and long eye-relief. Stray light is eliminated by the fold back rubber eyecups; standard with every Super eyepiece.
	saxon 6×30 Finderscope with bracket The 30mm aperture gives a brighter and sharper image, while 6x magnification lets you centre in on your targets while still providing a good field of view. Lock on to your targets with the cross-hair reticle and observe away.
	saxon 1.25’’ Erect Image Diagonal (45 degree) It can give you a comfortable viewing angle and an upright, non-mirrored image when you need your telescope is a horizontal position.
	saxon AZ3 Mount with Tripod It is an aluminium tripod with dual axis slow-motion controls.
